I called JD Automotive and explained the issue I was having with my vehicle. JD scheduled a time for me to bring it in the very next day. The shop opened on time, which I greatly appreciated because of my work schedule, and the team was even there early preparing for the day. I was greeted immediately, completed a quick intake form, and left my keys. Within a few hours, I received a clear diagnosis and a fair price quote. I was told my vehicle would be ready later that day, and it was completed exactly as promised. The entire process was seamless. JD and his team are honest, professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. They even followed up with me later that evening to make sure everything was running properly. I cannot say enough good things about JD Automotive. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and trustworthy automotive service.

I had a great experience at JD Automotive! They provided excellent quality work and got my car repaired much faster than I expected. The staff was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the process. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both efficient and does such a great job, but JD Automotive delivered on both. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and fast auto repair. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly!

Great service! Had a really bad oil leak and they were able to find out fast that it wasn’t something major and got my van back to working! Rosa was absolutely AMAZING, she knew what she was talking about!
